Returns: We want you to love your new purchase. But we realize that every now and then, things don't always work out the way you expected.
You can return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned to The House of Swank within 15 days of the delivery date. If received within 16-30 days, a store credit will be issued. Any returns received after 30 days of original delivery date will not be processed.
All items must be returned in original unwashed/unused condition with the manufacturer tags still attached. Please include a copy of the packing slip with your return. On the packing slip please specify the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your exchange or return. This information is important for us as we want to improve our store and provide our customers with the best service and products possible. We do not refund shipping charges.
If an item is out of stock, we will refund your card for the amount of the unavailable item and notify you when it becomes available for purchase.
Any merchandise that is marked down is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns on sale items.
